Drupal with PHP Experts needed for building additional features on existing social networking website

Hi, We are looking for Drupal experts !! We are outsourcing company who have around atleast 15-20 projects in Drupal and on other technologies like Wordpress, Joomla, Magento to be shelve out each month. Currently, we are on a hunt to find out a experienced / professional, Drupal expert who can not only use best modules, develop best W3C validated and css and HTML codes being cross browser compatible but also have expertise in customizing modules and should have past experience in doing that. Since the job is for making changes on existing Drupal website, we therefore need Drupal experts to bid on this project. We will share the existing website URL once we have shortlisted the team.
